Voon Seng Keong

 

Mr Voon Seng Keong leads all facets of the company’s mission to deliver advanced Learning Solutions to the financial sector for their human capital transformation. He brings more than 20 years of leadership and executive technology experience to the company as he has a history of building start-ups into successful organisations that deliver value to customers.

Prior to founding CLC, Seng Keong served as the CEO of Green Ocean Corporation Berhad till 2008 and successfully led the company to public listing after only 2 years of its inception. He has worked with clients in the FSI to strategise and implement robust data management and risk-based compliance solutions that transform their organisations for greater success. He graduated from University Science Malaysia with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours).

Norman Ngui

 

Norman oversees Implementation, Customer Service and Solution Consulting. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Norman understands the needs, challenges and opportunities that corporate learning departments face in today’s dynamic business world.

Previously, Norman was involved in the implementation of competency driven learning solutions for sectors including the Financial Services Industry, Telecommunications and Oil & Gas companies. Norman has worked on projects involving competency framework development, performance system implementation, assessment solution, learning strategy and blended learning program development. Norman graduated with a Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Australia.

Daniel Loh

 

Daniel directs business development efforts, strategic partnerships and the development of CLC blended learning programs. Daniel was initially involved in establishing strategic relationships in order to bring blended programs from leading universities and business schools to South East Asia. He applied his advanced skills and fluency in leading edge learning technologies to design and deliver high impact programs that drive knowledge retention and bottom-line results for clients.

More recently, Daniel was an executive producer in a Government-funded multi-million ringgit project to deliver the first-ever Console game fully developed in Malaysia for global export. Not surprisingly, Daniel is passionately keen on infusing arcade-style games and social elements to enhance the learning experience of employees of all ages and reduce resistance to learning. Daniel has a professional qualification in marketing from Australia, and an MBA in Total Quality Management.
