Norman oversees Implementation, Customer Service and Solution Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Norman understands the needs, challenges and opportunities that corporate learning departments face in today’s dynamic business world.
Previously, Norman was involved in the implementation of competency driven learning solutions for sectors including the Financial Services Industry, Telecommunications and Oil & Gas companies. Norman has worked on projects involving competency framework development, performance system implementation, assessment solution, learning strategy and blended learning programme development. Norman graduated with a Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Australia.
