Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001[AMLATFPUAA 2001]
The AMLATFPUAA provides for the offence of money laundering, the measures to be taken for the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing offences, investigation powers and the forfeiture of property involved in or derived from money laundering and terrorism financing offences, as well as terrorist property, proceeds of an unlawful activity and instrumentalities of an offence. This course is designed for those delegates who wish to possess an understanding of the complexities surrounding AML and CFT today.

Corporate Governance 2016
Corporate governance is therefore about what the board of a company does and how it sets the values of the company, and it is to be distinguished from the day to day operational management of the company by full-time executives. Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. Boards of directors are responsible for the governance of their companies. The shareholders’ role in governance is to appoint the directors and the auditors and to satisfy themselves that an appropriate governance structure is in place.
Financial Services Act (FSA) 2013
FSA focuses on information and banking secrecy. This course will help learners determine the disclosure and non-disclosure conditions as stipulated in the Act. It also highlights measures taken by the Bank to ensure compliance with the Act. IFSA is an act to provide for the regulation and supervision of Islamic financial institutions, payment systems and other relevant entities and the oversight of the Islamic money market and Islamic foreign exchange market to promote financial stability and compliance with Shariah and for related, consequential or incidental matters.
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010
PDPA focuses on the regulatory role of the act to prevent malicious usage of personal data. This course will help learners determine personal data principals, the rights of data subjects, the applicability of PDPA 2010 as well as how to differentiate between personal data and non-personal data. The Personal Data Protection Act is an act enacted by the Malaysian government in 2010 to protect individual's personal data in commercial transactions.
Introduction to the Malaysian Financial System
This is specially tailored course to provide participants with the essential knowledge on the Malaysian Financial System. It includes information on the various monetary institutions and non – monetary institutions including the Central Bank (BNM), Commercial Banks, Investment Banks including Stock Broking and Discount House, Offshore Banks, Islamic Banks.
Compliance & Law from Operations Perspective
